Shannon Fitzpatrick is a Partner Development Manager at Microsoft and Co-Chair of Microsoft's Disability Inclusion Network. She holds a Doctor of Behavioral Health (DBH), combining clinical insight with enterprise technology strategy in a way few speakers can.

Her work in strategic healthcare partnerships at Microsoft spans some of the industry's most complex organizations, making her uniquely positioned to speak to both the human and systems dimensions of healthcare transformation.
